Tags are made from 100% real metal and tarnishing is expected when exposed to the elements.

To reduce tarnish, keep your tags dry when possible. You can dry them off with a towel/cloth or rinse with fresh water if pups have been in the ocean/river.

Ink fade is totally normal, you can refill the "indentations" with a sharpie and rub any excess off with a cloth and rubbing alcohol.

Made to keep your tag/s secure on your pet’s collar and/or harness.

Avoid clipping your lead onto the tag’s keyring (this can cause stretching over time and your tag may escape).

Check your split rings regularly, as they may loosen with wear — this is completely normal!

All orders are sent via AusPost with tracking. 

All tags are carefully packaged in padded envelopes.
Framed plaques & ornaments are shipped in boxes to ensure its safe delivery. 

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard (Envelope): $10 flat rate (delivered within 2-8 business days)
- Express (Envelope): $15 flat rate (delivered within 1-3 business days)
- Standard (Parcel) for framed plaques/ornaments: $20 flat rate (delivered within 2-8 business days)
- Express (Parcel) for framed plaques/ornaments: $25 flat rate (delivered within 1-3 business days)

International shipping is available at a flat rate of $25-35.

Because every tag is individually hand stamped and made to order, I don’t offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
