SHIPPING:
✿ Every tag is made to order, so please allow 1-2 weeks for your tag to be created before it’s posted.
✿ Good things take time, especially when they're made with a hammer!
✿ All orders are sent via AusPost with tracking.
You'll receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
✿ All tags are carefully packaged in padded envelopes.
✿ Framed plaques are shipped in boxes to ensure its safe delivery.
✿ We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard - Envelope (tracked): $10 flat rate (delivered within 2-8 business days)
- Express - Envelope (tracked): $15 flat rate (delivered within 1-3 business days)
- Standard - Parcel (for framed plaques/ornaments): $20 flat rate (delivered within 2-8 business days)
- Express - Parcel (for framed plaques/ornaments): $25 flat rate (delivered within 1-3 business days)
✿ FREE standard shipping on all orders over $95.
✿ International shipping is available at a flat rate of $25-35. Delivery times vary by desintation.
✿ Please double check your shipping address at checkout.
If the wrong address is entered, I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to catch it before it leaves!
✿ Once your order leaves my hands and is with the postie, it’s in AusPost’s care.

✿ Because every tag is individually hand stamped and made to order, I don’t offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

- Phone number/s
- Design notes
✿ If there’s a fault or an error on my end, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and I’ll do my absolute best to work with you to fix it.
