✿ DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS? 
Absolutely!
There are a few limitations to what can be done with hand stamping, but feel free to share your ideas in the design notes box when placing your order and we'll see what we can create.

✿ ARE YOUR TAGS ENGRAVED OR LASER PRINTED?
Neither.
Every tag is hand stamped using a brass hammer and individual metal stamps. No machines, laser printers, engraving tools or mass production involved. 
Just good old arm power.

✿ WHAT MATERIALS ARE YOUR TAGS MADE FROM?
Brass - GOLD 
Nickel Silver - SILVER
Both metals are strong, durable, lightweight and made to last.

✿ DO YOUR TAGS RUST?
No.
Over time and with exposure to the natural elements, they may tarnish slightly, giving the tag a more antique, matte look (my personal fav).
If you prefer the shiny finish, you can easily polish the tag using fine steel wool or a polishing cloth.  

✿ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE MY ORDER?
Each tag is made to order.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your tag/s to be created before it's shipped.
Good things take time, especially when they’re made with a hammer.

✿ DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Stamplings has made its way to pets all around the world. 
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location!

✿ WILL I SEE A DRAFT OF MY TAG BEFORE IT'S MADE?
The short answer is no, and this is part of the Stamplings process.
Each tag is hand stamped and often freestyled based on your design notes. This means each tag is created in the moment. 
Trust the process. It's all part of the handmade magic ✦

✿ CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Because each tag is individually hand stamped and personalised to you, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not available.
Please double check spelling, phone number/s and design notes before placing your order.
If there is an error or fault from my end, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and I’ll help make it right.

✿ WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE ABYSS?
All orders are shipped with tracking via AusPost.
Once an order has been shipped it is in the care of the posties. However if something unexpected happens please reach out and I'll do my best to help.
